DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE AND A DIET PLAN?

Yes. There is an additional $15 charge per nutrition plan. The nutrition plan includes your personalized recommended daily calorie and macros needed based on your personal health goal. It also includes healthy meal suggestions and recipes.

WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

Based on your current physical activity level, I suggest a set of lighter dumbbells and a set of heavier dumbbells and/or resistance bands.

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER?

I create personalized training programs that you can take anywhere with you! I also do in-person training sessions at your home or gym.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHANGE UP MY FITNESS ROUTINE?

Every 4-6 weeks is ideal in order to avoid plateau.
